Clients are scheduled 2p-5p Mondays, 9a-5p Tuesday & Wednesday.
I do not provide services Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and am unable to provide crisis counseling.

I typically respond to inquiries Monday-Thursday between the hours of 9a-5p.

Will it get better? 

Of course healing is possible – I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t fully believe in each person’s ability to get better.

How long will it take?

The short answer is…it depends. It depends largely on you, your goals, and how long you desire to spend in therapy. Some humans I’ve worked with for a few months, others for years, and others off and on. This decision is one we can discuss when we meet and one we’ll review on an ongoing basis. 

How do I get started?

Please fill out the form on the Contact page and I’ll be in touch with you within 3 working days for a consultation to get connected.  We’ll talk through any details we need to during our 15-20 minute consultation.

How much will it cost?

Therapy Services:
15-20 minute initial consultation – Free
50-55 minute session – $175/hr.

What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to cancel within this time frame means you will be responsible for paying the full fee for that time.
